• Disassemble, clean, inspect all parts
• R&R parts (Install shouldered wear ring, bearings, bushings, seals).
• Check Shaft for runout.
• Machine parts as necessary for proper fit and clearance (bearing cap. shaft, impeller).
• Replace impeller Lock Nut.
• Paint Pump (If Requested).
• Lube and precision assemble.

• Modify impeller for less cavitation and more flow.
• Balance impeller.
• Replace impeller Lock Nut.
• Paint Pump (If Requested).
• Lube and precision assemble.
• Speed Coat inside pump.

• Add Flow cone.

• Add stuffer to bowl to improve water flow off impeller into bowl.
• Add Flow cone.

• Modify bowl inlet vanes for smooth flow.
• Modify bowl outlet vanes for less turbulence and straighter exit flow.
